Tamara Dunlap-Elkins the Church Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator for the Metropolitan Community Church of Washington, DC (MCCDC). She oversees all activities related to church operations and communications. She is also tasked with developing and overseeing a network of volunteer activities to further advance the church’s mission, while supporting new church programming.
 
Tamara earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and her Masters Degree in Public Administration. She is the past Executive Director of Targeting A Dream which provided grants, scholarships, and community education to the LGBTQIA community.Ms. Dunlap-Elkins has provided workshops and seminars to individuals, corporations, and community groups throughout the Baltimore-Washington, DC metropolitan region. She has a wealth of community development experience.
