The creation of this website leverages the thoughtul work of many organizations. While Rainbow Response is elevating the discussion of LGBTQ Intimate Partner Violence in the National Capital Area, we are by no means asserting a novel idea. Accordingly, we have avoided attempts at reinventing written material.

Site Graphics

We offer our thanks to Allison Hawkins for designing the banner logo at the top of our web pages, along with a button logo found on our publications. The hand and rainbow used in the left-hand navigation menu is taken from the banner. These images capture eloquently our desire to assist those dealing with the impact of Intimate Partner Violence in their lives, particularly LGBTQ individuals, and to be a bridge between the domestic-violence community and the LGBTQ communities.
